Fostering Creativity with iPad shows educators how to engage students in the creative process using multiple iOS apps in a connected workflow. We will explore Apple’s creativity suite of apps and innovative ways to use them on the iPad.

Cultivate student curiosity and let creativity blossom with iPad. Versatile and mobile, iPad includes apps and features that let educators and their students write, record, sketch, and gather inspiration from others and the world around them. And when multiple apps and features come together in a connected workflow, educators and their students have all the tools needed to share compelling learning stories as poets, engineers, musicians, and filmmakers.

This session is designed to help educators show their students how they can use iPad to support creativity. It focuses on three phases of the creative process—brainstorming, gathering inspirational resources, and telling compelling stories—that can help make learning more meaningful for students. Educators will find this process helpful in establishing a structure that will foster creativity in their classrooms and allow their students the freedom to use iPad to express learning in innovative ways.
