Rosey is an assistive and educational consultant with over 25 years of experience with a focus on the use of technology to provide differentiated instruction. As an instructor, she has extensive experience working with teachers across all grade levels and curriculum strands to support learners in gaining access to the curriculum. She works with teachers on techniques to expand learning opportunities for students through Universal Design for Learning.
